We kept bending aftermarket aluminum sprockets, not from hitting things, but from the sheer torque when landing jumps. That forced us to move back to steel... until we built this.

This is the strongest aluminum sprocket we've ever tested, period. Rotational load tested in CAD and proven in the real world under harsh landings and full-throttle hits, this 7075 T6 billet piece was designed to be lightweight without sacrificing structural integrity.

If you're running heavier off-road tires or an 18/21” wheel set, this is the upgrade you need. Heavier wheels can make your bike feel lazy. Re-gearing with this sprocket brings back the snap and helps reduce strain on your motor and controller,  all while shedding unnecessary weight from your driveline.
